here will be support for the swim (paddle board / kayak / canoe)
You are welcome to swim the entire course or turn back at any point you would like to head back to the beach
Swim buoys are encouraged but not required.
Our no-drop group ride will be leaving from Delaware State Park, led by Jimmy Bagnola.
Any riders that wish to do the course at their own pace are more than welcome to do so. We will provide a queue card to every rider and the GPS file is downloadable here:

All riders are required to wear a helmet and are encouraged to have a rear safety light.
Some nutrition will be available at the water stop located at Liberty Elementary School.
The ride will be supported by a SAG vehicle
NOTE: Due to part of the race course taking place on highway, we will be taking a very short dirt path off of frontage road to connect with a safer biking road. We encourage all riders to stick with the group until after this point.
REMINDER: The bike is a “point to point” course. We will provide a shuttle back to the Delaware state park, however the shuttle may get backed up. If you are able to provide your own transportation back to the start, you are more than welcome to do so!
Sunday morning we will be running one loop of the race course.
Ohio Triathlon will remain at a designated location to answer any remaining questions before wrapping up our event.
